These naan bread pizzas are so quick and easy to make in the air fryer with your favorite ingredients, or whatever you have to hand! Use plain naan with classic pizza toppings, or create a fusion pizza with peshwari naan. Ingredients
2 prepared naan breads
3-4 tbsp pizza sauce, or tikka masala sauce
100 g (1 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese, or to taste
Instructions
Heat the air fryer to 180C / 360F while you gather up your ingredients.
When the air fryer is heated, place the naan breads in and cook for 3 minutes.
Add sauce to the top of the naan breads – be fairly generous, it’s a thick crust so you want it nice and saucy!
Add grated cheese to the top.
Return to the air fryer and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the cheese is browned.
