Ingredients
Cake:
- 2 ½ Cups almond flour (see my favorite on Amazon)
- ⅔ Cup sugar free granulated sweetener (see my favorite on Amazon)
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- 8 Ounces plain Greek yogurt
- 4 large Eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Vanilla Glaze
- ⅓ Cup sugar free powdered sweetener
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
Cake:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Spray the inside of your bundt cake pan generously with baker’s joy cooking spray to make sure cake doesn’t stick. Set aside.

Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Stir in the wet and mix well.

Pour your bundt cake batter into your sprayed bundt cake pan and place into already preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
Vanilla Glaze:

In a small mixing bowl combine all your glaze ingredients. Stir until all ingredients are fully combined.

Pour the glaze mixture on top of cooled bundt cake. makes 12 servings
