Ingredients:
1 loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
1 lb crawfish tails (cooked, peeled)
1/2 cup butter
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft.
Add crawfish, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook 2–3 minutes.
