Here’s a simple and healthy gummies recipe using real fruit and natural ingredients:

Healthy Homemade Gummies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup 100% fruit juice (e.g., orange, apple, cherry, or berry blend — no added sugar)

2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder (like Great Lakes or Vital Proteins)

Optional: 1/2 cup mashed fruit or pureed berries for texture and extra flavor

Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice (brightens flavor)

Instructions:

Prepare your molds:

Use silicone gummy molds or a small glass dish lined with parchment paper.

Warm the juice:

In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the fruit juice (do not boil).

Add sweetener:

Stir in honey or maple syrup and lemon juice (if using) until dissolved.

Add gelatin:

Slowly sprinkle the gelatin over the warm juice, whisking constantly to prevent clumps. Keep stirring until fully dissolved (about 2–3 minutes).

Add fruit puree (optional):

Stir in mashed or pureed fruit if using.

Pour and chill:

Pour mixture into molds or the dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.

Unmold and store:

Pop out of molds or cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Tips:

Use silicone molds shaped like bears or stars for fun kid-friendly gummies.

Try juice blends like mango-orange or blueberry-pomegranate for variety.

Add a pinch of turmeric or vitamin C powder for an extra boost.
