Here’s a simple fruit yoghurt recipe you can make at home — creamy, fresh, and naturally sweet.
Ingredients (2–3 servings)
2 cups plain yoghurt (Greek or regular)
1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1–2 cups fresh fruit (e.g., berries, mango, banana, apple, peach)
2–3 tablespoons chopped nuts or seeds (optional, for crunch)
A sprinkle of cinnamon or granola for topping (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the fruit – Wash, peel (if needed), and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Sweeten the yoghurt – In a bowl, mix yoghurt with honey/maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
Combine – Gently fold in most of the fruit, keeping a little aside for garnish.
Serve – Spoon into bowls or glasses, top with the remaining fruit, and add nuts, granola, or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
Chill or enjoy immediately – You can serve right away or refrigerate for 30 minutes for a cooler, thicker texture.
