Cottage cheese oranges

Here’s a simple and refreshing Cottage Cheese & Orange Dessert recipe you can make:

Cottage Cheese with Oranges Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup cottage cheese (small curd works best)

2 fresh oranges (peeled and segmented, remove seeds)

1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans – optional)

1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)

A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare oranges: Peel the oranges, remove seeds, and cut segments into bite-sized pieces. Save a few slices for garnish if you like.

Mix base: In a medium bowl, stir cottage cheese with honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla until combined.

Combine: Gently fold in orange pieces.

Top: Sprinkle with nuts, coconut, or cinnamon if desired.

Chill & serve: You can serve right away or chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes for extra refreshing flavor.

Serving suggestion:

Great as a healthy breakfast, snack, or light dessert.

Can also be layered in a glass like a parfait with granola.
