6 Tablespoons unsalted butter softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon butter flavoring**
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup sprinkles divided
6 ounce Ghirardelli white chocolate melting wafers
