These air fryer cheeseburger egg rolls are crispy and oh so delicious! Egg rolls wraps are filled with cheesy ground beef and bacon, then air fried until perfectly crispy. Homemade dipping sauce recipe included!
PREPARATION TIME
INGREDIENTS
Cheeseburger Egg Roll Filling:
1 tablespoon olive oil to cook the ground beef
1 pound ground beef
¼ cup yellow onion diced
⅓ teaspoon salt
⅓ teaspoon ground black pepper
⅓ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup ketchup
½ cup pickles diced
½ cup cooked bacon crumbles
4 slices American cheese
12 egg roll wraps
½ cup water cold
½ teaspoon olive oil for brushing egg rolls
Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
⅓ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder

NOTES
*Reheat in the air fryer at 380 degrees for 2 minutes until crispy and hot.
*I used my Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart air fryer to test this recipe. Keep in mind that all air fryers are different so you will need to adjust the timing based on the air fryer you are using.
*This recipe is based on a preheated air fryer. If you do not preheat your air fryer, then you may have to cook the egg rolls for a longer time (2 to 3 more minutes).
*Don’t over crowd the air fryer. Cook in batches. For the best results, place each egg roll in the air fryer in a single layer without any of the egg rolls touching.
