Blueberry Chia Pudding

 Blueberry Chia Pudding (Easy & Healthy)

Prep time: 5 minutes
Chill time: 2–4 hours (or overnight)
Serves: 2

Ingredients

2 cups milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)

½ cup chia seeds

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of salt (optional, enhances flavor)

Instructions

Blend the blueberry base
Blend the milk, blueberries, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

Add chia seeds
Pour the mixture into a bowl or jar. Stir in the chia seeds thoroughly.

Rest & stir again
Let sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir once more to prevent clumping.

Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight, until thick and pudding-like.

Serve
Give it a final stir and enjoy!

Toppings (optional)

Fresh blueberries or mixed berries

Sliced banana

Coconut flakes

Granola or nuts

A drizzle of nut butter

Tips & Variations

Extra creamy: Use canned coconut milk (½ coconut + ½ almond milk).

Protein boost: Stir in Greek yogurt or a scoop of vanilla protein powder after chilling.

No blender? Mash blueberries well with a fork and whisk everything together.
