This amazing white lasagna is not only Carnivore but clean keto as well. It is cheesey and delish!
Ingredients
- egg yolk crepes can use egg white crepes
 - bechamel sauce
 - 1.5 lb ground beef
 - 8 oz ricotta
 - 8 oz mozzarella
 
Instructions
- 
In a 9X13 inch pan coat the bottom with a small amount of bechamel sauce
 - 
Layer egg yolk crepes over the bechamel sauce
 - 
Add a layer of ground beef (pre cooked)
 - 
Add a layer of ricotta cheese
 - 
Add bechamel sauce
 - 
top with some shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 
Add another layer of egg yolk crepes, ground beef, ricotta, bechamel, and mozzarella
 - 
Add layer of egg yolk crepes
 - 
Top with bechamel sauce and mozzarella
 - 
Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes or until bubbly
 - 
Remove from oven and let cool for 15-29 minutes
 - 
Slice and enjoy!
