1 banana sliced frozen
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
maple syrup or honey

NOTES
Make ahead:Add banana, cocoa powder, and peanut butter in an airtight container or bag and store in the freezer up to 3 months. Store in the fridge for 1 week.
When ready to use, dump the contents of the bag in the blender and add liquid ingredients and blend until creamy.
