This protein ice cream made with cottage cheese is the creamiest, dreamiest dessert for the summer. With only 3 ingredients, it’s healthy, balanced and simple!

Ingredients :
- 2 cups 2% cottage cheese 500 g container
- 1 cup fruit of choice
- 1-3 tablespoon honey depending on sweetness preference
Optional:
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 medium bananas for a creamier texture
Instructions:

In a high powered blender or food processor, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Once smooth, pour the cottage cheese mixture into a freezer friendly container with a lid. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen.

Run an ice cream scoop under warm water to help scoop out your ice cream and enjoy!
