Here’s a Cottage Cheese Chocolate Raspberry Dessert recipe — creamy, chocolatey, and bursting with fresh raspberries!
Cottage Cheese Chocolate Raspberry Mousse
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese (smooth or blended)
2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for topping)
1–2 tbsp milk (optional, for blending)
Dark chocolate shavings or chips (optional topping)
Instructions:
Blend Base:
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add milk if needed for smoother texture.
Add Raspberries:
Add half the raspberries and pulse just once or twice to swirl them in (or blend completely for a pink mousse).
Chill (Optional):
Transfer to serving glasses or bowls.
Chill for 15–30 minutes if you prefer it cold and thicker.
Serve:
Top with remaining raspberries and chocolate shavings or chips.
Tips:
Use full-fat cottage cheese for creamier texture.
Substitute raspberries with strawberries or cherries if preferred.
Add a pinch of sea salt to enhance chocolate flavor.
