Cottage Cheese Peanut Butter Mousse

Servings: 2–3
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Chill Time (optional): 30 minutes
Total Time: 5–35 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)

3 tablespoons natural peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt (optional)

2–4 tablespoons milk or cream (to adjust consistency)

Optional toppings: dark chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, granola, banana slices

Instructions:

Blend the Base
Add cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.

Adjust Texture
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add milk/cream a tablespoon at a time if needed to loosen the texture.

Taste & Sweeten
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Chill (Optional)
For a firmer texture, transfer to ramekins or jars and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Serve
Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy chilled!

Tips:

For extra protein, add a scoop of vanilla or peanut butter protein powder.

Use Greek yogurt instead of milk for an even thicker texture.

Make it chocolatey by adding 1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
