Here’s a simple and delicious fruit ice cream recipe you can make at home—no ice cream maker required!

Homemade Fruit Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen fruit (e.g., strawberries, mangoes, blueberries, or mixed berries)

1 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for a dairy-free option)

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (or honey/maple syrup for a natural sweetener)

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Prepare the Fruit:

If your fruit is large (like mangoes or strawberries), chop them into smaller pieces before freezing.

Make sure the fruit is fully frozen for a creamy texture.

Blend:

In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the frozen fruit, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.

Freeze Again (Optional):

For soft-serve style, serve immediately.

For firmer, scoopable ice cream, transfer to a container and freeze for 2–3 hours.

Serve:

Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!

Tips:

Add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice to enhance fruit flavor.

Swirl in fruit jam, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts before freezing for added texture.
