In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add about half the kefir milk and begin to blend. Continue adding the milk blending the dry ingredients into a thick sticky batter.
When completely mixed together, put into a parchment paper lined bread pan or small Dutch oven pot. Each will yield a different shape for the finished bread. Sprinkle the top with some sea salt flakes (optional).
Cover the dough with a clean dish towel and let it sit for about 25 to 30 minutes before baking. It will tend to rise somewhat.
Bake in a preheated 400 oven about 24 to 30 minutes.
