Get outside the box with this fun and easy to make pickle crisp! These cheesy crisps with tangy and spicy flavors are ready for the dunk. Jalapeno beer mustard will make this snack perfect for your next game day gathering.

INGREDIENTS
8 Oz Parmesan Cheese- Shredded
24 Dill Pickle Chips
4 Slices Bacon
1 t Notorious P.I.G. Pulled Pork Rub
1/4 C Brew City Jalapeno Beer Mustard
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven or smoker to 400 degrees.
In a mini muffin pan, distribute ½ of the cheese between each spot in the pan.
Place a single pickle chip on top of the cheese.
Cut the bacon into 24 equal pieces (each piece cut into 6) and place a piece of bacon on top of each pickle.
Season with Notorious P.I.G.
Distribute the remaining cheese between each cup.
Place on the smoker for 12-14 minutes, rotating once ½ way through the cook.
The cups should be very well melted and brown around the edges.
Allow the cups to rest for 10 minutes before removing carefully from the muffin pan.
Serve with a side of Brew City mustard for dipping.
