Quick Pecan Pie Recipe
When it’s time to bake your pecan pie, your canned filling makes the process a breeze!
Ingredients for One Pecan Pie:
- 1 quart (or 2 pint jars) of canned pecan pie filling
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- Extra pecan halves for topping (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 400°F (205°C). - Prepare the Pie:
Pour the contents of your canned filling (1 quart or 2 pints) into the unbaked pie crust. Spread evenly. If desired, arrange extra pecan halves on top for decoration. - Bake the Pie:
- Start baking at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
- Cool and Serve:
Let the pie cool slightly before slicing to allow the filling to set. Serve warm or at room temperature.
