1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup red bell pepper strips
1 cup snow peas
1 package McCormick® Sesame Stir-Fry Skillet Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
1Heat oil in large skillet on high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes.
2Add vegetables; cook and stir on medium-high heat 3 minutes or until tender-crisp and chicken is cooked through.
3Stir in Skillet Sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute or until heated through. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
