Here’s a simple and delicious Thermomix mango ice cream recipe you can make at home:

Thermomix Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients

400–500 g frozen mango chunks

80–100 g sugar (adjust to taste)

200 ml cold whipping cream

1 tsp lemon juice (optional, enhances flavor)

1 egg white (optional, for extra creaminess)

Instructions

Add sugar to bowl

Place sugar in the Thermomix bowl

Blend 10 sec / speed 10 until powdered

Add frozen mango

Add mango chunks

Blend 20–30 sec / speed 8, using spatula to help

Add remaining ingredients

Add cream, lemon juice, and egg white (if using)

Blend 30–40 sec / speed 5–6 until smooth and creamy

Serve or freeze

Serve immediately for soft-serve texture

Or freeze for 2–3 hours for a firmer scoop

Tips

Use very ripe mangoes before freezing for best flavor

If too thick, add a splash of milk

You can swap sugar for honey or condensed milk
