Tiramisu Cheesecake

Here’s a delicious full recipe for Tiramisu Cheesecake, combining the rich, creamy texture of cheesecake with the classic flavors of tiramisu.


Tiramisu Cheesecake Recipe

Prep Time: 30 min

Cook Time: 1 hour

❄️ Chill Time: 6–8 hours (overnight preferred)

️ Yield: 8–10 servings

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 ½ cups crushed ladyfinger cookies (or graham crackers)

½ cup melted butter

2 tbsp granulated sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:

3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup mascarpone cheese

3 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup strong brewed espresso (cooled)

2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)

For the Topping:

1 cup heavy whipping cream

3 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)

Optional: Additional ladyfingers for decoration

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

Combine crushed ladyfinger cookies, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

Add mascarpone cheese and mix until combined.

Beat in eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla extract, espresso, and coffee liqueur (if using).

Pour the filling over the cooled crust, spreading evenly.

Step 3: Bake the Cheesecake

Place the springform pan on a baking sheet.

Bake for 55–60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.

Turn off the oven, crack the door slightly, and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour to prevent cracking.

Step 4: Chill

Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 6–8 hours, or overnight for best results.

Step 5: Make the Topping

Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the chilled cheesecake.

Dust with cocoa powder and optionally decorate with ladyfingers around the edges or on top.

To Serve:

Slice and serve cold. Each bite offers the creamy richness of cheesecake combined with the coffee-kissed essence of tiramisu.
