Corned Beef Hash Patties is canned corn beef recipe which is mixed with carrots, potatoes and egg to form into a patties.

INGREDIENTS
150 gram of canned corned beef
1 small onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 egg
1 medium potatoes
1 medium carrot
Salt and Black Pepper for Taste
Vegetable Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Grate the carrots and potatoes. And chop the onion and garlic.
Add all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix it all together
Use two tablespoon of corned beef mixture to make a patty
Turn on the gas stove on low medium heat. Add vegetable oil in a deep pan. Once it is hot, add the patties. Let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until it turn dark brown. Flip it and repeat the process
Prepare a paper towel in the plate. Once it is cook, transfer the patties into the plate to help drain the excess oil.
NOTES
You can use either canned or fresh corned beef.
