Ingredients
- 8 oz baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 large onion, sliced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- pink Himalayan salt, to taste
Instructions
- Begin by slicing the onion half into slices
- In a cast iron skillet, combine avocado oil, onions, mushrooms, and fresh ground black pepper
- Place the skillet over high heat (or on your outdoor grill)
- Stir every few minutes
- As the mushrooms and onion begin to soften, add the butter
- Continue to stir occasionally to coat the mushrooms and onions in butter
- Remove from heat and salt to taste
- Serve and enjoy!
