These mango yoghurt protein frozen bites are a healthy and nutritious way to keep cool on a scorching hot summer day. They’re made with only 3 main ingredients and are so easy to put together.

Ingredients:
- 350 g frozen mango
- 240 g fat-free greek style yog hurt*
- 2 scoops protein powder**
- 25 g dark chocolate melted
Instructions:

Add the mango, yog hurt and protein powder to a blender/food processor and blend until smooth.

Transfer into moulds or a muffin tin lined with cases. Freeze until set (around 2 hours).

Remove and drizzle with the melted dark chocolate. Enjoy!

* Any dairy/dairy-free yog hurt will work.** You can omit the protein powder if you don’t have it, although this will change the nutritional breakdown/macros of the recipe. *** Store in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. Remove 10-15 minutes before serving.Nutrition:
