Protein Frozen Mango

These mango yoghurt protein frozen bites are a healthy and nutritious way to keep cool on a scorching hot summer day. They’re made with only 3 main ingredients and are so easy to put together.

PREPARATION TIME:

Prep Time:10 minutes 
Chill Time:2 hours 

Ingredients:

  • 350 g frozen mango
  • 240 g fat-free greek style yog hurt*
  • 2 scoops protein powder**
  • 25 g dark chocolate melted

Instructions:

  • Add the mango, yog hurt and protein powder to a blender/food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer into moulds or a muffin tin lined with cases. Freeze until set (around 2 hours).
  • Remove and drizzle with the melted dark chocolate. Enjoy!
  • Notes:

    * Any dairy/dairy-free yog hurt will work.** You can omit the protein powder if you don’t have it, although this will change the nutritional breakdown/macros of the recipe. *** Store in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. Remove 10-15 minutes before serving.
