PREPARATION TIME:
- PREP TIME 10 minutes
- COOK TIME 20 minutes
- TOTAL TIME 20 minutes
- 2 pound ground pork
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pork rinds crushed
- ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese optional
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
- ½ teaspoon onion powder optional
- ½ teaspoon italian seasoning optional
- Salt and pepper to taste optional
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line baking sheet(s) with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the meatballs. Combine really well. I like to use my hands and really get it mixed together.
- Roll approximately 1.5 inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-24 minutes or until fully cooked.
