Oatmeal blueberry smoothie – A healthy breakfast or snack with Greek yogurt, banana, oats, and blueberries.

Ingredients
⅓ cup (35 g) rolled oats
6 oz. (170 g) fat-free Greek yogurt I used Fage Total 0%
¾ cup (120 g) frozen blueberries
½ cup (120 ml) water
1 banana frozen
Instructions
Place the oats in the blender and pulse until finely ground.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high until completely smooth.
Feel free to add more or less water depending on your preference.
If your blueberries and banana are fresh instead of frozen, add a few ice cubes.
Top your oatmeal blueberry smoothie with blueberries and serve immediately.
