This sweet, creamy Peach Smoothie tastes bright and refreshing! Made with frozen peaches, banana and yogurt, it’s filling, healthy and easy.
PREPARATION TIME
Ingredients
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
1/4 cup nonfat Greek plain or vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup frozen peaches be sure they are unsweetened
1/4 cup frozen banana slices
1/2 tablespoon honey plus additional to taste
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch ground ginger
A few ice cubes optional

TO STORE: Cover and refrigerate leftover smoothies for up to 1 day.
TO FREEZE: Freeze smoothies in an airtight freezer-safe jar or ice cube tray for up to 3 months. Smoothies stored in a jar can be thawed overnight in the refrigerator before serving. Smoothie ice cubes can be thrown directly into the blender for smoothies on demand.
