This fudge tastes like a decadent treat, but it’s actually GOOD for you! Made with just FOUR ingredients, it’s easy to assemble, and there’s NO baking required.
PREPARATION TIME:

TOTAL TIME:35 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup natural, salted peanut butter creamy works best
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- 1 ½ Tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla powder or vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:

Add the peanut butter, oil, and syrup to a small saucepan.

Heat the pan over low heat.

Stir the mixture until melty and well combined.

Remove pan from heat and stir in the vanilla.

Line a small baking dish (I use a 7 x 5 inch Pyrex dish) with parchment paper.

Pour the peanut butter mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly.

Freeze for 20-30 minutes or until solid.

Cut and enjoy!
