Peanut Butter Fudge

This fudge tastes like a decadent treat, but it’s actually GOOD for you! Made with just FOUR ingredients, it’s easy to assemble, and there’s NO baking required.

PREPARATION TIME:

PREP TIME:5 minutes 
CHILL TIME:30 minutes 
TOTAL TIME:35 minutes 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup natural, salted peanut butter creamy works best
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla powder or vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add the peanut butter, oil, and syrup to a small saucepan.
  • Heat the pan over low heat.
  • Stir the mixture until melty and well combined.
  • Remove pan from heat and stir in the vanilla.
  • Line a small baking dish (I use a 7 x 5 inch Pyrex dish) with parchment paper.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Freeze for 20-30 minutes or until solid.
  • Cut and enjoy!
