Mix the yogurt, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Add the berries of your choice and fold into the yogurt.

Using a tablespoon, drop heaping tablespoons of the yogurt and berry mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for ½ hour to freeze and set.

In a medium sized bowl, add the melting wafers. Melt them in the microwave in 15 second intervals until melted. Stir until smooth. Let cool for at least five minutes.

Remove the yogurt bites from the freezer and dip them into the chocolate and let the excess drip off. Place them back on the baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with flaky salt. When all have been dipped, place the baking sheet back in the freezer for at least 20 minutes to let the chocolate set. Remove from the refrigerator and enjoy. Place the frozen bites in a baggie or covered container in the freezer until ready to enjoy. Let them thaw on a plate for 10 minutes before enjoying.
