- Air Fryer Boneless Pork Chops are a easy dinner recipe that everyone loves. Dinner can be ready in 15 minutes when cooking in the air fryer!
PREPARATION TIME:
- Prep Time 5 minutes
- Cook Time 15 minutes
- Let rest 5 minutes
- Total Time 25 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 Boneless Pork Chops approximately 1 1/2-2 inches thick
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Ground Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
-
Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F. If your air fryer does not have a preheat option, then run the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes to warm up the air fryer.
-
Stir all the seasonings together in a small bowl. Then coat the pork chops with the olive oil and then rub the seasoning mixture into both sides of the pork chops. Use all of the rub for the pork chops.
-
Place the pork chops in the air fryer and make sure that they are not overlapping (you may have to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer and the size of the pork chops).
-
Cook for 12-15 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F.
-
Let the pork rest for 3-5 minutes and then serve.
- *I did not flip the pork chops as the air in my air fryer is able to circulate to all sides of the pork chops including the bottom. If the air in your air fryer does not circulate under the pork chops, then you would want to flip the pork chops halfway through the cooking time.
*Refrigerate any leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5-7 days.
*I find that it’s best to use a meat thermometer when cooking pork to make sure it’s done without being overcooked. I love this digital meat thermometer to ensure that the pork is cooked to a safe temperature.
