Ingredients
- 1 ground ground italian sausage
- 4 russet potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (for serving)
Instructions

Brown the ground sausage and drain any remaining fat.

Add the ground sausage to a crock pot.

Place in the minced garlic, onion, potato, salt, pepper, and broth in the crock pot.

Stir to combine.

Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours on low or on high for 3 hours.

Stir in the heavy whipping cream. Cover and cook on low for 10-15 minutes until the cream is heated through.
