Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ½ cup Dill Pickle chopped fine
- ½ tbsp Pickle Juice
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Dill Weed Dried
- 2 green onions chopped
- 8 oz Bacon * Cooked Crispy and chopped small
Instructions
- Whip the cream cheese to soften and then add the rest of the ingredients except the bacon
Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
- While the cheese mixture is chilling, fry the bacon crispy and set aside to cool. Chop the bacon fine and add it to a small bowl.
- Using a small cookie scoop or a spoon, make 12 balls of the cheese mixture. Roll in bacon until coated and chill, covered until served.
