  • Chilling time 15 minutes 
  • Total Time 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Dill Pickle chopped fine
  • ½ tbsp Pickle Juice
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Dill Weed Dried
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 8 oz Bacon * Cooked Crispy and chopped small

Instructions

  • Whip the cream cheese to soften and then add the rest of the ingredients except the bacon

    Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.

  • While the cheese mixture is chilling, fry the bacon crispy and set aside to cool. Chop the bacon fine and add it to a small bowl.
  • Using a small cookie scoop or a spoon, make 12 balls of the cheese mixture. Roll in bacon until coated and chill, covered until served.
