Here’s a simple and delicious Pineapple Soft Serve Whip recipe — just like the famous Dole Whip from Disneyland!
Pineapple Soft Serve Whip (Dole Whip Copycat)
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
½ cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice – almond, oat, dairy, etc.)
1–2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or sugar (optional, to taste)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, adds a nice depth)
Pinch of salt (optional, enhances flavor)
Instructions:
Blend: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Pulse: Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed. If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk.
Serve: For that classic soft-serve look, spoon into a piping bag and swirl into bowls or cones. Or just scoop and enjoy!
Optional Garnish: Top with extra pineapple, shredded coconut, or a cherry on top.
Tips:
Use frozen pineapple for that signature texture. Fresh pineapple won’t give the same creamy consistency.
For extra creaminess, you can add a bit of banana or frozen mango (but that will slightly alter the flavor).
