Here’s a simple, reliable almond bread recipe that works well for breakfast, sandwiches, or a low-carb snack.

Almond Bread

Ingredients

2 cups almond flour

1/4 cup ground flaxseed (optional, improves texture)

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

5 large eggs

1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Optional add-ins:

Chopped almonds

Sesame or sunflower seeds

Herbs like rosemary or thyme

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease or line a small loaf pan.

In one bowl, mix:

almond flour

flaxseed

baking soda

salt

In another bowl, whisk:

eggs

oil/butter

vinegar

honey

almond milk

Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.

Pour into loaf pan and top with seeds or almonds if desired.

Bake for 30–40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.

Tips

For a fluffier loaf, separate the eggs and fold whipped egg whites into the batter.

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Toasting slices improves texture.
