Here’s a simple high-protein peanut butter cup treat recipe that works well as a snack or dessert.

Protein Peanut Butter Cup Treats

Ingredients

1 cup natural peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tsp coconut oil

Pinch of salt

Optional add-ins:

Chia seeds

Crushed peanuts

Mini chocolate chips

Cinnamon

Instructions

In a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, protein powder, oats, and salt until combined.

Press the mixture into a lined loaf pan or small tray.

Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave (20-second bursts) or on the stove.

Spread melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.

Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.

Slice into squares or bars.
