Ingredients
200 g low-fat cream cheese, softened
200 g plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 scoop (25–30 g) vanilla whey protein powder
2–3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1–2 tbsp sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, stevia, or erythritol)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Add the cream cheese to a bowl and beat until smooth.
Mix in the Greek yogurt until fully combined.
Add the protein powder, lemon juice, lemon zest, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
