CARROT AND BANANA SMOOTHIE

If you want to switch up your smoothie game, you will love this Carrot Banana Protein Smoothie made with almond milk and flax seed.

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk

1/4 cup unflavored pea protein powder, or whey protein

1 medium very ripe banana

2 baby carrots

1 tablespoon ground flax

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

lots of ice

sweetener of choice, optional

Instructions

Put everything in a high speed blender and blend until very smooth.
