Filling (Shepherd’s Pie Style):
1 tbsp oil or butter
1 small onion, finely diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup ground beef or lamb
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup green peas (frozen or fresh)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp thyme or mixed herbs
1 cup mashed potatoes (leftover or freshly made)
Instructions:
